| POLICIES: Credit Card Billing Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters the shipping process in our warehouse. Custom-made Items Custom-made items that require production time, such as our hand made baby blankets or hand painted mailboxes may be billed well in advance of delivery. Please do not be concerned as this is normal for such items. All custom-made and other items that require special production or delivery times are indicated on our web site. Ordering by Mail Send your order to us by United State Postal Service, please be sure to include your address, shipping address (if different), phone number, e-mail address, items ordering, and payment—please be sure to calculate the appropriate shipping rate charges, e-mail us if you would like help with the calculation. You may pay by check, money order or credit card. For checks, allow 10 business days for check clearance before your order will be processed. There is a $30.00 fee for checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds or any other reason. We'll acknowledge your e-mail within 1 business day and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet entered our shipping department. An order is not canceled until you receive an e-mail confirming successful cancellation Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. For orders that cannot be canceled and you do not wish to keep, simply return your order to us upon receipt for a refund of the merchandise cost. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways for canceled orders that have shipped. Of course, custom-made merchandise and special orders cannot be canceled. RETURNS BottleTenders.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and return privilege. If within 30 days of receipt you are not pleased with your order, please send it back to us in new condition and original packaging for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, not in new and resalable condition, not in original packaging, with tape, shipping labels, or anything written on the packaging or warranty card, or missing parts or accessories will be charged a restocking fee and/or be issued store credit only at our discretion. The following items are not returnable: custom-made merchandise, special orders. For all returns: we request that you send your return via a trackable service such as United States parcel post with delivery confirmation or US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (check out USPS web site at www.usps.com) or UPS and insure it for your own protection as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Be sure to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us. Please include a brief note explaining your reason for return (i.e. shipping error, defective, damaged, not satisfied, changed mind, already received as gift). For any refused delivery, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In addition, refunds for all orders will be less our actual shipping cost if they exceed the amount that we charged you to ship your order. Allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed. Refunds will be made only in the manner of original payment and only to the original card used. For credit cards, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
